Naanu Nanna Preeti is a Romantic Saga amidst Cultural backdrop which tackles the cultural dilemma faced by Indian migrants overseas.
Competition Commission of India (CCI) passed an order in July 2015 against unofficial dubbing ban in Kannada. Subsequent to the order, "Naanu Nanna Preeti" was the first dubbed Kannada movie to be released in theatres across Karnataka in July 2016.
